Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos: Joey the Passion is the third and final installment in the PC Power of Chaos series, boasting an impressive 771 cards. This game features Joey Wheeler as the opponent, along with new cards, dueling options, and decks, making it the most content-rich Power of Chaos game to date. Players can also access cards from the previous two games, if installed. One of the standout features is the ranked difficulty system, where the star gauge in the Duel menu increases in difficulty as the player wins duels, forcing the opponent to switch to a more potent deck. The game also introduces a new 'Consecutive Loss' system, where losing duels decreases the opponent's difficulty. Additionally, players can opt to allow the opponent to use cards from the previous games, increasing the difficulty level. Furthermore, the game offers a 'Card Balance' system, where Limited cards can be restricted, making the game more balanced. Players can also choose to receive alternative cards when winning duplicate cards, and engage in online multiplayer duels with friends via LAN or Gameranger.
